Vtg "Crying Boy" Dorothy Oxboro Indigenous Art Decoupage on Wood 8.5x11" Sealed

Vintage homemade decoupage on wood featuring the Indigenous artwork "Crying Boy" by Canadian artist Dorothy Oxboro Features a young Native boy in traditional dress with a pout on his face Hand signed in the lower right hand corner by the person who made the plaque itself (looks like M. Witch or Nitch) Wood measures approx 11" tall, 8.5" wide, and 1" thick The back is covered with brown velvet A hanger hole is drilled into the piece itself, and there's also a hanging wire added to the back (probably because the hanger hole is off-center and I assume this would make the piece hang crooked?) This piece has been very well sealed and has withstood time nicely with no chips or cracks to the finish In very good condition with no damage. Some dust and minor surface scratches to the finish due to age.
