It is a Union Made dress, the previous owner hemmed it up to adjust to her height. There is a 7 3/4" hem inside the bottom of the dress if you want it longer. Measures 19 1/2" across the front from underarm to underarm, 18" across the front at the waist area, 19" across the front at the hip area and 30 1/2" with a 7 3/4" hem on the inside if you need it longer.
