Vtg FENTON Cranberry & manganese Glass

9" tall, hand-blown, manganese handle with light green glow, ruffled, fluted rim, hand-painted, enamel flowers with gilded accents. Has a pontil mark on base with a clear ribbed applied handle. we strongly believe this to be Fenton but do not see the Fenton marking
