Vtg. FOLEY LILIUM REGALE TEA CUP & SAUCER Light Blue, Hand Painted Yellow Lily

This cup and saucer from England were wedding gifts in 1948. The cup measures 10.5 cm. (4-1/8 in.) at its widest including the handle, and 6.8 cm. (2-11/16 in.) high. The saucer has a diameter of 13.7 cm. (5-3/8 in.). There are no chips, cracks, crazing, or stains, and no gold loss. There is a rough spot on the cup rim that could be mistaken for a tiny chip but there is no white porcelain exposed so it was like that during the manufacture and painting. There is also a paint irregularity on the saucer. Both these blemishes are shown clearly in the last 3 photos.
