Beautiful Modernist silvertone metal and enamel pendant with plain chain.  Signed by Monique Olivier, a Well-Known Quebec (Canada) Jeweller. Metal Material is Unknown . Bird has Red and Blue Inset Enamel Feathers.  Pendant Measures Approx. 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" Chain is Approx. 18" in Length. Metal has Light  Scratches and Smudges.
