Vtg New/unused Hallmark Red Spiralbound Guest Book w/ Gift Box

Vintage Hallmark guest book is new/unused and is in the original gift box. Red embossed leather-look cover with gold foil text on front. Spiral bound, ivory colored pages with space for 456 guests. Plastic packaging has a tear, book is in new condition. Gift box has some wear marks from storage, see photos.
