Vtg Nomura Japan Tin Battery 1200 Piston Action Tractor Incomplete Not Working

This tin toy does not work and is incomplete. It comes as is. It has a lot of wear and dents, marks, scratches. Its very beat up, the paint is chipped. Please see all photos for exact item.  It is approximately 10" long, 4 1/2" tall and 4 1/2" wide.
