Vtg Passport to Fairweather Black Dress Polka Dot Lined Top M/L Handkerchief Hem Estate sale find. Great looking summer dress. Measures 19" across the chest area from underarm to underarm, 13" across the front at the waist which is elastic and lots of stretch, 23" across the front at the hip area. The shoulder straps are made from ribbon and adjustable so you can tie them at any length. The fabric has black dots on the black fabric and the top is lined. There are belt loops so you can wear a belt with it. The hem is a handkerchief style with ribbon hem. Gently pre-owned in very good vintage condition.
