Vtg Petit Point Embroidered Red Rose Bawlf Silvery Teaspoon Collector Spoon 3.5"

Vintage Demitasse Teaspoon Collectors Souvenir Spoon 3.5", with hand embroidered petit point red rose finial. The town name "Bawlf, Alberta" is engraved in the bowl of the spoon. Spoon is silver color, but there is no indication of type of metal. There is no tarnish, so it is not silverplated. Nothing to indicate place of manufacture. Petit point decoration at top of spoon has acrylic cover.
