I used to make those wallets in the early 2000's Yup, I'm Pinto Bags, Ashley, nice to meet you :) Made in Summerland BC or Vancouver BC depending on the year. Early wallets said made in Vancouver. These wallets are made of Highway Billboards, I torn down and cleaned in my yard, cut out banners into strips to get in the house and I stamped them out on a hydraulic press to cut them. I used to cut them by hand but it took way too long. I made approx 15,000 wallets and 3000 messenger bags all sold
