Vtg Porcelain Hand Painted Vase

Vtg Porcelain Hand Painted Vase This vase is very interesting, I cannot determine a manufacturer. There are numbers on the base but no signature. Similar in style to Austrian pottery, but I can’t find anything the same. This may actually be antique based on the style and materials used. There is a metal centre holding the base onto the vase. Ornate handle with a pitcher style lip. I am pretty sure this is a vase not a pitcher based on research, but I am not an expert. Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
