Vtg Red & White Hand Smocked Gingham Cotton Half Apron Skirt w/ Waist Tie

Hand made half apron in a classic red & white gingham cotton fabric. Pretty hand smocked design along the top (waist) edge. Good pre-owned condition, has a tiny hole on the right side edge (see photo). Apron waistband is 20", with waist ties extending 25" from each side. Apron is 18" at longest point.
