Vtg Scandinavian-style vase with clear single bubble base amethyst MCM glass

A lovely and very stylish vase with a strong amethyst purple colour. Scandinavian in style, this lovely vase has a circular clear glass base with a large controlled bubble and the vase is thick-walled and has a lovely weight. the body of the vase is in a rich amethyst purple colour which is very striking. the colours darkens near the base in an ombre effect. there is an aperture in the foot which leads to the base bubble.
