Vtg Tickle Me Cookie Monster 1997 Tyco 15" Stuffed Plush Toy NO SOUND/VIBRATION Please note: the sound vibration box is missing from this toy so essentially it is now normal plush with a compartment that opens in the back. Toy is clean and from a smoke free, pet free home. There is a round brownish stain on tag. Also Cookie Monster’s white eyeballs have a bit of a yellowish hue from age. See pics
