Vtg Tweed Pencil Skirt Pleat front Striped

Size 14 on tag. Polyester and rayon blend. Fabric is very soft. Closure is a zip and button on the right hip, fabric also has a layer underneath zipper portion so that skin is not exposed when zipper open. No rips or tears. One small mark on right rear hip, seen in photo. Lower hemline appears to have been let out at some point. Edges are serged. Has slash pockets!
