Hey Brenda, I dont have a poodle so really dont know BUT I have had used it successfully on my golden retriever before. I checked Mr.Google, they do indicate you can. But please double check on the internet so you are certain- This is a Model PCMC and its also comes with 4 other different color coded blade attachments. cheers, tks
