Please be careful here. There are many many fakes on here that are sold at massive markups. I don't think Poshmark has any idea really, since they aren't removed, but they keep selling! If you like the look of a piece, you can probably find it on ebay for a dollar or two including shipping... people are making a ton off of you using Betsey's name! Even the header picture is a fake, believe it or not. It's against Poshmarks rules to sell unauthentic items. Please don't support the scammers.

rosasaurusx @mandylynn240 Man I'm so sorry. You can try to contact Poshmark about it? They are hard to get a hold of. HOWEVER some older vintage stuff can be a pink tag so hopefully that's the case!

cfconsignment @rosasaurusx I’m a huge Betsey fan myself and I was looking thru stuff on here and noticed a lot of items on a certain “trendy” closet and they looked cheap and SO not Betseys quality and I just knew in my gut they were fake so I’m happy to see this! Hopefully more girls see this when shopping! Thank you 😊

rosasaurusx @cfconsignment Aww thank you.... Poshmark has a rule about selling fakes, but... somehow these people get away with it! It's so disheartening to see people spending $30+ on things you could get on e.b.a.y for a dollar :(. It hurts the quality of Betsey's name! I saw STARBUCKS BJ earrings on here and I was like, seriously? I appreciate the comment, I hope I make a difference!

kitty_deluxe Thank you! I’ve noticed the same with some Fluevogs. I commented, seller ignored me. Reported it to poshmark, nothing happened. I share with my “Fluevog enthusiast” groups & they all comment & report… nothing. They’re still up. I honestly think poshmark only really cares about fakes with the really high ticket/high end brands 😒

slm69485 New to Poshmark and I didn’t realize that there were fake knockoffs of name brand items until I purchased some. Very disappointed with these people. You have to be very careful and know your product.

rosasaurusx @slm69485 I'm sorry. it's disappointing. Poshmark has strict rules against selling fakes (it's actually illegal) but they make too much money off of it. I almost wouldn't be surprised if there was a lawsuit one day. I actually have 2 purses for sale, and while I'd like to price them less, Poshmark only will authenticate items that are over $700. Which is ridiculous.
