WATERPROOF AquaCollege leather ankle boots

Smooth black leather lace-up ankle boots with wool lining. Can be worn with tops snapped down or left up. Heels are 2.75 inches high. Rubber sole for a bit of grip. Waterproof boots that are also comfy and are also fashionable are so hard to find! I wore these just once but got a couple of compliments on 'em that day :) This is a reposh. Bought brand new and unworn from @packrat9999 and I wore them just the one time. I like them a lot but I decided I'm looking for something with a lower heel.
