The Sleeves have an extra layer like a light quilting. Scattered Embellishments rhinestones on floral patterns Inside lined. No fabric labels, research Indicated this fabric pattern is silk. Sized 6 US and 8 Canadian. Sizes have changed since 80s. This would have been quite an oversized blazer look in the 80s. I’m a tall torso size 12 & Its a snug fit.
