WDNY paisley skirt, size 12

Beautiful paisley skirt from WDNY. Size 12. 100% silk, fully lined. There is one tiny pull (see photo) - I only noticed this when doing a thorough examination of the skirt to list it - it’s at the top of the skirt near the side and is not noticeable. Laid flat, waist is approximately 16.5 inches. Note: in the photo on the mannequin, the skirt is clipped back for display purposes (mannequin is size small or extra small).
