We've had 0 return requests ♡♡ Please be aware that the ship time PM shows on our profile is an average of our combined ship times across all sales. We have to use USPS home pickup, so dependant on the time you order, the item may go out NEXT day OR the DAY AFTER NEXT. We strive to get the items out asap but we do have busy schedules and if something is purchased once we go to bed or past the time to edit our pickup for that day, we can not ship the item until the next pickup day is available.
