cgbelsley @rayem2209 They have...finally. No verdict yet, but they're looking into it. To think you and I were able to come to an amicable arrangement with three messages and their complete non facilitation of it has caused this mess makes me wonder why they deserve a 20% cut of my sales. I haven't gotten the Instyler back yet, but I'll cut a check and send it to the address I shipped the item to then I'll square things with them, so you can not need to worry about it.
