andrews777 @kushey Again smell does vary by person. My son myself and my husband handled this and never picked up on anything otherwise we just send it back to the vendor. There just is no way for us to control odor and some people are just more sensitive to certain odors than others. I would check you tube as well. The cleaner I sent you a pic of from Amazon really works. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Her site is easy to use and she only charges $7 caroldiva dot com she can also provide documentation for an extra fee to your credit card company of a counterfeit item to make a claim.
