andrews777 @kushey Again smell does vary by person. My son myself and my husband handled this and never picked up on anything otherwise we just send it back to the vendor. There just is no way for us to control odor and some people are just more sensitive to certain odors than others. I would check you tube as well. The cleaner I sent you a pic of from Amazon really works. We apologize for any inconvenience.

fashionista1762 I purchased a red Chanel bag with gold chain strap from you for $397 on 7/8/23. As you are a Posh ambassador with good reviews, I expected the bag to be authentic as advertised. I reposhed immediately after and recently sold only to find out bag is not authentic. You have expertise, why would you certify as authentic?

andrews777 @fashionista1762 You are always welcome to get a second opinion and I highly recommend Carol Ives she is an absolute Chanel expert and can verify authenticity. Her site is easy to use and she only charges $7 caroldiva dot com she can also provide documentation for an extra fee to your credit card company of a counterfeit item to make a claim. We absolutely sell only authentic items and appreciate your support.

cuffescloset Hello Posh Ambassador. 1 of 2 I am reaching out for advice as you sell great stuff - high end things. I made a horrible mistake, the biggest of my life :( and accidentally purchased a $1800 LV Bag. I had no idea until it was too late. The seller is somewhat sympathetic, but rightly wants PM to deal with this and they say nothing to be done since it's beyond the 3-hour window. My ask to you - WHAT do I do with this bag? My closet is full of Vince Camuto, Lucky and Gap.

cuffescloset 2 of 2: I will never be able to just put this bag in my closest and sell it. What is your advice. I'm new - I've sold 5 things with this "hobby" to get rid of my own clutter. Should I take this to a consignment shop in Seattle? I want it out of my life as soon as possible. Do you believe there is hope to resell on PM? And HOW? Any advice from a pro is sincerely appreciated.
