WHBM Dressy Romper - toe layer short romper - new

White House Black Market - jumpsuit/romper with two layers. Outer layer is sheer at light, inner layer is stretchy and soft. The stretchy waistband is only visible from the back so this looks like a dressy flowy one-piece. This is soooo comfortable but it’s a bit small for me so I’ve never worn it. It says size 2 but it’s stretchy and loose so will fit many sizes. New condition since I’ve only tried it on but never actually worn it. Photos don’t do it justice. It’s such a pretty romper. Priced to sell. If you don't like my price, make me a reasonable offer.
