WHITLEY Dress Vintage in Size Small. Colour?? Well it’s a hand full . Main pattern pale Blue and Off White. Ruffled top in a darker blue different pattern . Snaps for closure Bottom of dress in burgundy and pink with also the same darker blue as collar. AWESOME piece. No labels inside but I know it’s made of raw silk and other fabric. In excellent condition
