WHO WHAT WEAR Cotton Shirt Dress

Dress has been worn and cleaned a couple times and in very good condition aside the fact that I have misplaced the matching belt. It is 100% cotton, has a faux wrap effect, an elasticated waist band and convertible sleeves. Dress works well in the late summer with sneakers or flats and also in fall with a belt and tall boots. I'm 5'3 and it comes to just below my knees. Bust: 19" Waist: 14" Length: 41"
