WILFRED 4 wool mini dress with removable straps, sweetheart neckline & pockets!

Almost new, excellent condition! Mini bubble dress w/ detailed tailoring & seams. Looks gorgeous on, pics don’t do it justice. It’s too small on me now sadly. Lightweight, refined suiting wool fabric. Fully lined with pockets. Cross-cross straps are removable and has wide thick elastic in the back to hold you in place! Umpire waist is 13.5” across. 26” long from top of bust.
