It is a Size XXS in a lightweight charcoal black 100% Polyester lined in a stretchy sheer Polyester and it has a shawl collar, V Neckline with a wrapped bodice, gathered waist that can be cinched in with adjustable ties at the front or tied at the back and it has deep diagonal hip pockets and a gathered neckline at the back. A XXS the measurements taken flat are: P2P 15”, Waist 14.5” without cinching it in and the Length is 31”.
