WILL NO LONGER TOLERATE LOW BALL OFFERS

After politely explaining to a buyer why her lowball offer which was asking for more than 50% off was unacceptable, I was told “a simple no would suffice”. Apparently not. I have a thorough post outlining the time, effort, and money it takes to be a seller on PM. And yet, I’m consistently getting ridiculously low offers. Some so low, I may as well be paying the buyer because I would be in the negative accepting the offer. So no, a simple no apparently doesn’t suffice to the greedy buyers on here who want a deal at someone else’s expense. The second and third pictures show an offer I received for a lipstick. If I accepted the offer, I WOULD ONLY MAKE $2.55! I want to make it clear, I’ve had no issues with this particular buyer, just using her offer as an example as to why sellers have every right to decline an offer with no explanation (which I’ve still recieved verbal harassment from multiple people for doing exactly so, when they didn’t take the time to read my fair offer post). Even if someone purchased this item as is, I only make $11.55 off a brand new item retailed for $25, and have also lost $3.50 for lowering the shipping cost, plus costs of labels, envelopes/boxes, etc. My politeness and patience has been taken advantage of so this behaviour will no longer be tolerated. Any form of harassment will result in a block. Continuous lowball offers will result in a block. No explanation needed. If you can’t afford PM shipping, sorry to say but don’t shop on Poshmark!
