It’s wind- and waterproof with 600 Fill Power ALLIED Feather & Down® Duck Down; has a pocket on the left sleeve and a hidden chest pocket on the inside. It’s super warm and comfy, has no holes or stains, all zippers work, the faux-fur on the hood is attached with a zipper and can be removed; ribbed storm cuffs to seal in warmth. According to a size chart from the website small size is (4-6) bust 33-35, waist 27, hip 37, and sleeve 35.5. Selling as it is small for me now. comment for more information.
