The top is layered and very fitted while the skirt poofs out and has been trimmed with a black cotton lace. The fabric feels very heavy but with stretch, like a stretchy corset. Straps are elastic, and there is a back zipper. Excellent preloved condition. Size M measurements laying flat pit to pit: 17" waist: 28" Underarm to hem: 23.5"
