Vintage rosette iron set in original box with original instruction sheet as well as a handwritten recipe card. This tool is used to create homemade deep fried "rosettes" (sometimes also called beignet, donuts or waffles) in attractive shapes. Perfect for Christmas baking and for other festive holiday treats. The set is in excellent vintage condition. There is some staining on the recipe card and instruction sheet. The irons are made of cast aluminum and are clean and ready to use.
