Waffle top with lacy neckline

Cute top! It’s got slight balloon sleeves with cuffs. Very cute with high waisted pants. Tag says small but it fits medium/large. I’m 5”10 and usually wear an 8 or medium for reference. No material tag but it is soft and lightweight and feels like some kind of polyester.
