Waltham Marine Chronometer

Waltham Eight-day U.S. Navy Chronometer, Waltham Watch Company, the silvered 2.75 inches. Arabic numeral triple sunk dial inscribed "Waltham Watch Co." and "8 Days" and blued steel hands, stem-wind, stem-set 3/4 plate damascened movement marked Waltham Watch Co. 8 Days, 15jewels, adjusted, movement number 18074122, dating piece 1912-1915, all set in brass gimbals and three tiered mahogany box with brass mounts. Also comes with a second exterior box. Very good condition 5 x 5 x 5 in. We believe this came to us through our Grandfather, who was an engineer. (This clock Hasn’t been serviced, but seems to be working.)
