Warm yellow ruffled smock maxi dress

This dress is so fun and pretty. I'm in love with the massive shoulder ruffles. It's just a bit too big on me and the store I got it from doesn't do returns out of country. Says size small. Waist is super stretchy and fit my 28-29" waist with much room to spare. Plenty of space in the chest, measures about 18.5" flat. From shoulder to hem it measures 54 inches! 100% cotton. Brand new, tags still on, never been washed only tried on. Would be a fun summer dress on vacation with a straw tote and white sandals!
