@vanessamiscio They're a size 28 (28" waist) and they fit pretty low-rise on me without a belt (my waist is about 26"-27" depending on the day).

@vanessamiscio It falls a few inches below the bellybutton on me but they don't slide down or need to be pulled up constantly.
