Waterfront artsy top

A unique vintage wrap around top that could be also worn as a vest if you choose to leave one button on the shoulder undone. Other than a size small tag, there are no other markings so material and brand are unknown. The black back of the top is probably something like polyester, but the front might be silk. Never worn, in excellent condition. Measurements: Length: 22 in total width of the fabric is around 22 in, but it would fit a size 2-4, maybe 6
