AMAZING waterproof, windproof, and breathable coat in a bold blue! The cut is very flattering. It has a thermal layer on the insider that keeps you cozy in bad weather. The brand is That Coat and these retail for $200 (without taxes) new. This coat has been worn, but is in almost new condition. There is the tiniest, faintest spot of discolouration that I tried to show for transparency, but it's really not noticeable.
