Wayne Clark Size 10 Vintage Black Velvet Halter Strappy Dress

Stunning vintage Wayne Clark piece (pictures do NOT do this justice!). Open to (reasonable) offers. Dress is in 10/10 condition and was worn for one event, and kept in a dress bag since. The straps can be adjusted and moved to either a halter cross style, or regular straps, as they have loops in the back of the dress and are tied in the back. Dress has a gorgeous dipped back with a zipper and hook and eye closure. A-line dress that is fitted through the natural waist, with a beautiful flare skirt. Flat lay measurements: Pit to pit: 17” Waist: 15.5” Length (will vary depending on how the dress is tied): 33” Please note the length of dress has been measured from top of chest to bottom hem, NOT from the straps due to the different lengths this can be tied.
