Wayuu Mochila Bag Cotton Woven Bag

Awesome condition. A few loose threads on the strap - see picture. Mochila bags are handmade by indigenous women of the Wayuu tribe in Colombia who have passed down the art of weaving through many generations. Each Wayuu bag is unique with a design that tells a story about the Wayuu culture and history. One bag takes up to two months to thread. My home is smoke free and dog friendly and I try to ensure that the dogs are nowhere near the items I am selling. From time to time hair might end up on an item...I do my best to ensure that doesn't happen, but I'm human 😊
