We The Free Reversible Thermal Stevie size small

This is in clean, good condition, though I did have to make a small repair to the back collar. Because this is reversible, the tag on the back collar of the white side was obviously visible, and someone rather inexpertly cut it off, making a small hole. I’ve repaired this, and included a photo or the repair, but it isn’t really noticeable. And, because the tag was cut off, I had to guess that this was a small, 100% cotton (it is very soft), and therefore, while washable, should probably be done in cold. I did it by hand and then laid flat to dry. I’ve included the measurements as well.
