The dress was custom made for me by a professional seamstress using a Vogue pattern. It is made of polyester fabric that has a lovely drape. I believe it would classify as a size 6. I can still get it on (extremely uncomfortable) I am currently size 8, 135 lbs.. I am 5'5" tall. Only worn once and dry-cleaned afterwards. It has been hanging in a closet ever since. Colour is the very popular (in 1989) dusty rose.

@sugar_cowboy the rosettes were silk flowers and they're gone. I am sure you could get more at a dollar store. The dress was custom made and the workmanship is exquisite.
