Wedding/Church Hat

Jon J black velvet fold design wedding guest or church hat. There is a band separating the top of the hat and brim. The top has a shiny material and the brim is the velvet material. Both are tied together by a beautiful appliqué of both the shiny and velvet material folded into a flower shape.
