Hi, I'm Jessica. Welcome to my closet! I’ve been selling on Posh since 2014 and a Posh Ambassador since 2015 (Posh used to call this Suggested User). I can almost always ship same or next day. I’m a former retail manager and recovering clothes addict working on decluttering and clearing out my personal closet (and my mom’s too!). I've sadly realized I'm a person who buys things, puts them in my closet and then forgets about them or gains/loses weight (UGH!) so I have many NWT items. My loss is your gain! I collect Swarovski and Kate Spade accessories and am paring down those collections as I go too. Everything in my closet is mine or a family member’s. heydolly83 @claudette143 people call me Jess all the time so no worries!! 😉 So Posh will usually discount shipping (from $0-$3.99) almost anytime for price drops 10% or higher; however it only works if it's the first time an item has gone on sale and I've already put that jacket on sale before 😥! I could try to make a new listing, and you could like it and then I could drop the price to see if it triggers you a discount!

jessi_jill No, and they never did. Before it was a 2 year warranty. The lifetime replacement was a myth!

I was an SM at Swarovski till November 2012 (back when they first starting handling warrantees in store) and we were required to send anything with missing stones for free and told to tell customers it was a lifetime free repair on missing stones.

heydolly83 @jessi_jill (cont) Sometimes it was super annoying because you could tell when had someone abused their jewelry, but 1 or 2 missing stones will make you not wear something. I have a couple items with only 1 or 2 stones missing and now they'll never be fixed!! 😭

mustangsally18 Something very unusual happened with the shoes I got from you recently. I wore them today got an hour or so. I took them off and when I went to put them back on, I noticed a bright green powder in both shoes. I have no idea what this is. Do you have any idea? I can’t attach a picture here.
