mami_miboutique @johncopeland921 My best advice to you is to reach out to customer support via email, if they send you a generic response then simply reply to that email with specific questions and you will get a response. Hope this info helps.

johncopeland921 Thank you for your texting back I did that initially through Contacts and they said they would help but they haven’t done anything —do you know what has been done in the past for fraudulent deals. I got no notices from the seller and somehow he got paid before I had even gotten the notice to “accept the order” And now the seller is asking me for a rating and when I try to msg him somehow I have been blocked from communicating with him

mami_miboutique @johncopeland921 Unfortunately, we are not able to contact Poshmark for other users. I wiah we were able to. Go to the sellers about me page and message them there, you should be able to jnless the seller has blocked you. In that case the only way to handle it is via Posh support.
