girlinpearlsco @jordystax315 hello. Thank you for letting me know. When I cancelled the order, Poshmark told me they had refunded your money. They must have made an error. Ugh. I understand this must be very stressful for you. Unfortunately, as I don’t actually handle the credit cards and physical money (just the pricing) it’s up to Poshmark to make necessary refunds for cancelled purchases.

girlinpearlsco @jordystax315 I will get in contact to let them know that you haven’t received your refund. I would advise you to do the same so they know there is a real problem. As for now, your purchase (the one that I sent to your house) is still active and so when it arrives at your house, it is safe for you to accept the purchase b/c the 2 orders are completely separate.

girlinpearlsco @jordystax315 if you need help with how to contact Poshmark, let me know. You just go to “my purchases” and make sure you file the claim from the order labeled “cancelled” and not the order that has been shipped.
