camibloesch @blissfulcr how did someone mark my item sold when I declined her offer? I'm so confused. I don't know how this works I guess. What do I need to do?!?!?

blissfulcr @camibloesch no worries you will get the hang of it soon. So are you sure you declined offer? Is the item sold to same person? Also if item is sold and for whatever reason you do not want transaction to fall trough, contact buyer, they have a window period to cancel! If none of that apply could be a bug in the app...am not aware of but can happen at which time you need to contact the app admin. I hope this helps!

blissfulcr @motherskiss @queenmumm Dear Poshers,I have been with Poshmark for less than a Month. I believe its a great community. I am posh compliant and I love to help and share others closets. I ship fast and do not get less than 5 starts for my items. Today I made a mistake and messaged a user (jewelsie) in the wrong manner. I believe that we are entitled to make mistakes and as long as we do not repeat them we should not be bullied.

I wish I could apologize to the user but an opportunity was not given. I saw she wrote to you so I though I could have an opportunity to explain.

queenmumm Hi, Claudia! It's quite alright. Really. Advertising on another seller's listing is a no no of Posh etiquette. It is not part of compliancy. Closet compliancy is abiding rules on what you can and can't sell, and not taking your transactions off line - it determines whether you can become an SU or host. You are still learning, so please don't worry that you've made a huge mistake. Your apologyis eloquent and I'm sure the other closet forgives you. It's best to move on. We've all made mistakes! :)
