pink_kiwi @simone_mcbrid I'm sorry to hear that. Some people are very shady. I don't understand why people are like that. I know in the rules it says to send the entire bundle back. Especially since they get refunded the entire price. So if that buyer didn't return everything that would be against the rules as well. Not fair to you at all. Sometimes it takes them a bit to get back to you through email though. But, I would definitely contact them again in a few days if you haven't heard anything.

That way I have proof of how the item looked right before it was shipped. Unfortunately there are some people that are dishonest and try to return it in completely different condition than it was sent. You don't have to do it, but it helps incase this occurs. Fortunately, it's pretty rare for this to happen though. The majority of people on this site are really great people.

Or in one instance that I sewed a hole on a pair of destructed jeans. Even though I don’t sew and that doesn’t even make since considering they are supposed to have holes? It’s ridiculous.

pink_kiwi @lasmada My photos taken right as shipping have helped me in every case. I was able to prove what each item looked like right before it was put into the box and shipped. It’s a pain, but it definitely helps. Plus now they allow you to send photos and respond right in the app as the seller to defend your case. It’s very helpful. But even with that said, I’ve sold well over 500 items and only needed the photos for 3 cases. So it is quite rare for someone to do that.

I personally hate being accused of things I did not do. It’s a major pet peeve. Lol. 🤨😡 I’m sorry you may have to go through this. Just know there are a lot of awesome people on here. pink_kiwi @wendym198 Haha. I actually just got asked that a couple days ago! Honestly, I have no idea. When we got her, we were just told she was a Pom. She could be. She weighs about 6 pounds. And she’s supposed to be Blue also, but she definitely is more of a mix between grey, black and very dark brown. But from a distance she looks black. But, your Pom and mine definitely look so much alike! It’s crazy. Similar hair cuts too. Lol. Your Pom is very cute. I love the coloring. It’s more unique!🐶

Usually, I just decline the offer if it’s way too low or too far from where I want to be. Occasionally the person will come back with another offer, sometimes much higher or sometimes a little higher. So once in a while it results in a sale. Sometimes, I counter it with maybe 5 or 10 dollars less, if it’s a higher priced item, and the person usually never responds. 😋 Haha.

Modeling your clothes or using a mannequin definitely helps to sell the clothing as it shows fit vs. a flat lay. At least that’s my opinion.

And if any are high, it gives you room to negotiate. Believe me, people will make any offer they want no matter your price. Lol. Your photos are also very clear, so that’s good as well.

When I list, I just randomly do. Not certain amounts of items or days. Just whenever I have items to list and time. Anyways, back to listing...modeling or having a mannequin helps definitely. I personally think a clean background looks best. I’m not a fan of really busy listings that don’t focus on the item for sale. Natural lighting looks great if you get enough of it in your house. Unfortunately I don’t, so I had to buy a lighting kit. Which I LOVE.

I ended up looking at others’ listings and getting ideas from them. Not sure if you need any advice on anything else, but I know sharing your own closet is important. I’ve read that you should do it 3x a day. I never do, as I get too busy with other things and don’t always have time to do that. I’m lucky if I share my entire closet once a day. Lol.

Not sure if it’s the best way, but that’s what I like to do. Parties are also important. If your items fit the themes, share them to it. I feel like I’ve gotten more likes during parties, especially the night party. Although being on the east coast it’s kind of late.

It has 2 large umbrella lights and a short one without an umbrella. They are all on tripods. It looks like it includes a silver/black umbrella on the shorter light now. Wish mine had that. 😐I got it on Amazon.
