charbob hi my name is Charmaine maybe you can help me I accepted an offer from someonea bundled 2 items they then a few minutes laterwanted to add another item to that bundle I already accepted the offer to I have a message from posh saying please make a final offer so we can close the deal cuz it says that they added the third item to the bundle I'm confused it does say they purchased the third item

charbob and first question how do I bundle the three things together and would the purchasers understand why I canceled the order then I would just make the offer and I know they would accept it but it's telling me to make the final offer and I don't know where and how to make it cuz the two face creams already say sold on it if you look at my closet@charbob maybe looking at it would help you out a little understanding what I'm saying

pollypink @charbob so you sold two items as a bundle price? And they accepted your offer right? And if they accepted your offer for the two items and it’d sold the third item would be completely different I would think.

pollypink You can also comment on the bundle item to the customer and tell them you’d like to have the items all together and it would be cheaper for the shipping cost for them. And if they agree then tell them why you are canceling and they can then bundle them together and make you a new offer or vice versa.
