I get some random Poshmark advertisements every now and then that look like they are generated by IG, maybe because my online activity is somehow being tracked...I don't know haha, but I'm happy the item is coming up. groomsland @thethriftmode Hi Cutler, thank you so much for your kind words! The tag words that I use are simply words that I find relate directly/indirectly to the product. For example, if I am trying to sell a men’s tropical shirt, I would use tags like beach party, Hawaiian style, island, vacation, summer, mens casual, fashion, etc. You can use tags for just about any new or used item - not necessarily only boutique items.

groomsland @thethriftmode Try to be selective with your choice in tag words because the description box does not allow for much text. This is why I keep a short sentence or two that describes the item and a few lines on specifications like fabric, type, size, measurements. I use as many tags as I can for the rest of the allowed text.

groomsland @thethriftmode I don’t know exactly how effective this method is but I believe that it helps customers find my items quickly when they use the search box. Even if it doesn’t help much in that way, I know that it can’t really hurt as Poshmark bumps listings to the top of their search each time they are shared anyway. I hope that this helps.
